Ok. First thing,first, this movie is awesome,for me, well at first I thought it was lame and sappy kinda movie. The first time I played it, I immediately stopped playing it, why? coz i thought it was crap, but my boyfriend insist on watching it then, "yeah yeah I'll give it a try" .. and the inevitable thing happened, I liked it, a lot, even though it made me tired, and I don't know why... maybe because I was sooooo into it... ok, the thing that made me blog this was the quotes that Daniel Lugo said, it was all inspirational and it motivated me,while I was watching this movie. ha-ha, well watha do yah know?!I still found my self cracking up, I could'nt say what made me laugh the most but between laughs I did felt that I learned some shit about life.  ok, Im gonna stop yadah yadah blah blah blah. I don’t know about you. But I don’t see any trainers wearing tank tops with their nipples hanging out still. And I’m positive the job description of a Personal Trainer isn’t “spotting clients for a living”.

Little details matter. For example, if you are in customer service, little details go a long way.  Have you ever gotten a hand written card or note from someone, for no reason, besides to tell you thank you? I bet you remember that shit.

We are all equal to begin, and it’s up to YOU to realize your potential. YOU are in control of your destiny. Don’t let what other people want, fear or criticisms lead you astray.

To often people I hear people complaining about their jobs, life etc., “stuck” doing something, day in, day out that they have no passion for. Which leads us to #3.

Self Respect

It is very sad when you realize that most people you called friends are just downright crappy people. You realize that you've often settled for less than you deserve, mistaking shortchanging yourself for love and acceptance of others. When you start to know your worth, you would see that you deserve only the best and letting go of the crappy people becomes easier. It does not mean you are mad at them, it just means you have enough self-respect to walk away from something that is not good for you. In this case, people, who are not good to and for you.

I still don't know the answer.

I once heard a question that both unnerved me and made things startlingly clear: is it more important to love someone with all your heart…

…or to be loved by someone with all of theirs?

We all want to fall head-over-heels in love, and we all want the other person to love us back exactly the same. But that’s not usually the way it turns out.

In fact, I think that’s rarely the way it turns out. Both people may be in love, but it always seems one person is more in love than the other.

So… if you had to choose, which would it be?

Love someone else passionately and completely, even if they don’t feel as powerfully as you?

Or be loved passionately and completely, even if you don’t feel exactly the same towards them?

I thought I knew the answer when I heard the question.

Then I found out years later that no… I didn’t know the answer at all.
